The liberalization of natural monopolies ground handling markets began with the adoption of the 1996 EU Directive 96/97 in EU. Development competition of ground handling in Russia began in 2009 after adopted rules of access to services of natural monopolies in airports. This work is devoted to a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the regulatory impact on the defect structure of these markets.

In article the analysis of branch of agriculture (poultry farming branch) the Republics of Mordovia during 2005–2010 is carried out. The market of production of poultry farming is one of the largest foodstuff among the markets. The analysis is carried out as the agricultural enterprises of so personal part-time farms, efficiency of activity of the enterprises of branch is estimated, the main factors, defining production efficiency of production of poultry farming are revealed.

This article discusses the theoretical and methodical provisions for assessing the effectiveness of customer service system in paying insurance compensations, presented indicators to assess the effectiveness of the system of settlement of losses in the insurance company. On the basis of expert estimates defined evaluation scale specified indicators. In a formalized the integrated indicator of system performance. On the basis of the developed technique the assessment of system effectiveness of settlement of losses of one of the domestic insurance companies functioning in the regional market of insurance services of the Tyumen region is carried out.
