Currently, there is an active form of jurisprudence on the subject of judicial challenge the decision of the antimonopoly body to attract organizations that occupy a dominant position in the market sell (transfer) of electrical energy. The absence of a unified approach to the competition authority has a different approach in determining the guilt of the organizations and the need for a unified position.

One of the main goals of Federal antimonopoly service in Russia is the protection of the commodity markets against noncompetitive actions of the managing subjects occupying a leading position. The question, whether it is necessary to analyzing the commodity market, or it is possible to make changes into the Register of the managing subjects occupying a leading position by a determined coincidence, arises often in a practice. This article is devoted to research of the legality to change the Register by reorganization of legal entities.

Article is devoted to a problem of competitiveness of the civil and municipal servants. Authors carried out the analysis of management by competitiveness of the personnel of the public and municipal service, and also the main directions of increase of efficiency of the public and municipal service are offered. So, in particular authors note that the modern public and municipal service should be open, competitive and prestigious, focused on productive activities of the civil and municipal servants for ensuring execution of powers of the state and municipal authorities, and should cooperate actively with institutes of civil society.

The author describes the corporate professional standards and assessment subsystems, as key elements of a strategy to ensure the competitiveness of business structure with the help of corporate training. The author proposes to use competence and competitive approaches as a methodological basis of the integration of these subsystems.

This paper discusses the theoretical aspect of the definition of economic categories «competition» and «competitiveness». Highlight the differences in the analyzed definitions allow the author to analyze the data categories in the context of the insurance market.
