In this article the processes of air transport hubs formation and the ways of obtaining their competitiveness on different levels, depending on competition scale in the industry, are elaborated. Conception of competitive hub’s formation on the base of Moscow air transport center is presented on macrolevel of competition and the stages of it’s realization are defined and elaborated. The structure of competitive advantages, obtaining on mezolevel of competition as a result of air transport hub foundation as horizontally integrated business system are defined and presented, the possible methods of it’s achievement by Russian air transport industry related companies are recommended by author.

The author comes to the important conclusion, namely, that the international market of functional foods and nutraceuticals is a new growing segment of the global food market, but there is not uniformity in the understanding of market structure and volume. The article deals with the possibility of accounting of consumer preferences in educational services in the estimation of competitiveness of quality in higher education. The technique of carrying out of expert poll is suggested and approved, the degree of coordination of expert opinions is defined. Basing on the received data it is calculated weight-coefficients of indicators of competitiveness of quality of higher education.

The article explores the сompetitive tax advantages of leasing compared with a loan on the basis of identifying the costs arising from these models of financing. The the сompetitive advantage is analyzed by determining the indicator of the present value. There are the flow cash schemes of two types of financing on the basis of which we can do a conclusion that the financing with the use of leasing is more «expensive», but more effective and profitable. This becomes possible by reducing the taxable base for the income tax in the amount of leasing payments.
