In this article the process of integrated system of European hubs foundation is elaborated. The objective of this process is optimization of world network of airports, as a possible result of realization of world airline’s alliances policy of achievement the rational coverage of transcontinental routes by their members. The hierarchical structure of the integrated European hubs system is presented, the criteria of hub’s distribution to different ranks, principal trends and stages of system’s development are formulated as well.
